The kind of work companies end up handling with scripts, email, spreadsheets, follow-up, or people doing the same thing over and over because no dedicated tool exists. We build that tool, keep it simple, and price it so using the better process makes more sense than continuing the old one.

A lot of IT work is not difficult; it is just expensive because people still have to coordinate it by hand, maintain one-off scripts, chase responses, or keep old processes alive because nothing better fits. Those are the problems we look for. If a focused tool can remove enough of that cost, we build it.

The same idea applies well beyond one product: find work that costs more than it should, build the focused tool that removes it, and keep the economics good enough that customers have little reason to rebuild it themselves. More COCEC TECH products are in development.

AdminRelay
AdminRelay is the first commercially available tool that automates any workflow requiring end-user confirmation. A simple branded prompt tells the user exactly what is needed and why, with three choices: Schedule, Remind Later, or Execute. Once they choose to execute, the task starts automatically. There are no emails, no chasing, and no twenty-minute calls to deliver a five-minute fix. Reminders, rescheduling, and follow-through happen automatically at a controlled frequency. The workflow is reduced to what actually needs to happen: the user is informed, the user decides when ready, and the task runs on confirmation, without unnecessary downtime.

One problem, done well
We would rather solve one specific problem properly than turn every idea into another platform. A product should do the job it was bought for, do it reliably, and stay out of the way.
Respect for the end user
The person on the other side of the screen has work to do. Software should not waste their time just because an administrative process needs something from them. Ask for what is actually required, explain it clearly, and automate the rest.
Buy it, don't build it
Companies should not have to keep rebuilding the same small pieces of infrastructure themselves. Internal tools still have to be designed, tested, secured, documented, maintained, and supported. If we can build the dedicated version properly and sell it for less than that ongoing effort costs, buying it should be the obvious choice.
Built to stay reliable
Good operational software should fade into the background after it is deployed. It should work, stay understandable, survive updates, and not create another system people have to babysit. We favor simple architectures, few dependencies, heavy validation, and enough diagnostic detail to fix problems quickly when something does go wrong.
